How do the ripple+ PODs work?
Each POD is attached to your device via magnetic connection & of course, all PODS are detachable and interchangeable, so you don’t need to wait to finish one before you start the next.
How long does the POD last?
each POD lasts 500 puffs.

How will I know when I need to charge my device/when it’s fully charged?
Once your “+” sign light indicator turn red, it’s time to charge up. In charge mode, your “+” will pulsate, and once fully charged, your “+” will change to a solid white light. Just like that, you’re back to puffing.

Best customer service ever from Issac and Catherine, my first order and ordered incorrect package but I & C were great and helped even to the point of sending out the product I meant to order even before my return was received back to base. Haven’t tried the vape yet cos don’t have a charger to fit , it states I could use my phone charger but it doesn’t seem to fit. Have to wait till my daughter can show me. Thank you L Shackleton
