I got these for myself and my boyfriend. I don’t use mine as often but great to just have in my purse and hit when I’m out. My boyfriend has been trying to quit nicotine and he said these have really helped tremendously. He could leave it at home and not feel like he needs to hit a vape when he see someone else with one. Flavor is delicious
