How do the ripple+ PODs work?
Each POD is attached to your device via magnetic connection & of course, all PODS are detachable and interchangeable, so you don’t need to wait to finish one before you start the next.
How long does the POD last?
each POD lasts 500 puffs.
I have the older POD product, what’s new?

How will I know when I need to charge my device/when it’s fully charged?
Once your “+” sign light indicator turn red, it’s time to charge up. In charge mode, your “+” will pulsate, and once fully charged, your “+” will change to a solid white light. Just like that, you’re back to puffing.

Pod kit replacement
I originally bought a complete kit with extra flavors , the battery ( pod ) did not work . I contacted you and explained the issue, you guys resent a new pod and are great and stand behind your product . So far I have used the mint and watermelon flavors . Smooth and refreshing without the nicotine . I will be definitely doing more business with you .

I love this kit , it has lasted me a good amount given that I’m trying to stop vaping ! Nicotine patches would sweat off and cause me irritation and same with the gum !
