How will I know when I need to charge my device/when it’s fully charged?
Once your “+” sign light indicator turn red, it’s time to charge up. In charge mode, your “+” will pulsate, and once fully charged, your “+” will change to a solid white light. Just like that, you’re back to puffing.

I absolutely love it! I used to smoke, switched to vaping, and have wanted to quit. I tried several products but only the ripple gives the same sensation as the nicotine vapes. I have been using it all week and am getting ready to order the pods I like the best. No more nicotine and it was so easy with this product.

I received my starter pack and it’s awesome. I highly recommend this for anybody who is trying to quit who has been told to stop vaping these do not make you cough. They do not make you choke. I ended up in the hospital due to vaping and was told that I needed to stop but I wasn’t ready to give it up yet so I did some research and found ripple.
My pod was defective. I sent an email letting them know and it was fixed the same day and my new pod is on its way. Customer Service is excellent.

What can I say
Was introduced to ripple by my wife and it has been quite the experiance, a friend bought one that was rechargeable and was so blown away at the device I had to have one for myself. So far it has worked wonderfully (have dropped it a couple times too) and the flavors are very good. Buy with confidence because the product has changed my smoking days for the better.
